Book a call

Questions

Straight answers.

Everything painters ask before the call. If yours is not here, ask it on the call.

Do I need a new website?
Only if yours does not book estimates or show recent work. If it is good, we connect it to the CRM and leave it alone. If you need one, the Premium Website Plan builds it on a monthly plan instead of a build fee.
Who writes the posts and the ads?
A person, using AI for first drafts. Nothing goes public without your approval, and nothing is written in a voice that is not yours.
Am I locked in?
Lead Machine is month to month. Job Accelerator is four months managed, then month to month. The Revenue Engine runs ninety days, then month to month. After the term, cancel with thirty days' notice and keep everything that was built.
What does it cost?
Quoted on the call, scoped to your crews and your area. You get a number, not a form.
What is in every plan?
The lead system: a text and email reply to every lead in under a minute, missed-call text-back, qualifying that checks they are in your area and want work you do, and thirty days of follow-up until they book or say no. All of it on one dashboard you can read.
What is the difference between the three plans?
Who runs the ads. Lead Machine: we build the system, the dashboard, and the launch creative, give you the playbook, and plan next season with you on an annual strategy call. You run the ads. Job Accelerator: we manage your Meta ads for four months, with a monthly report and growth strategy calls during the season, then hand it over. The Revenue Engine: we manage your Meta, Google Local Services, and Google Search ads, month after month, with the seasonal switch and the Review Engine included.
Who owns the accounts?
You do. The domain, the Google profile, the Facebook and Instagram pages, and the CRM data are yours. If we manage a domain for you, the buyout clause is in plain language.
How long until it is live?
About two to three weeks from a signed agreement to ads running. The website plan is live in about a week once we have your photos and logo. You approve everything before it goes public.
Do you work outside Denver?
Yes. The setup is remote and built around your Google service area, so Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, or out of state all work. Front Range painters get in-person time when it helps.
I already use Angi or HomeAdvisor. Should I stop?
Not on day one. Get the lead system in first so the requests you already get stop slipping through. Then lean on your own pipeline more as it grows, and adjust the marketplace spend to match.
What happens on the call?
Twenty minutes. You tell us about your crew and your area. We tell you which plan fits, what it costs, and whether we fit. If we do not, we say so.

Twenty minutes. Leave with a plan and a number.
