Who we are

Marketing for Painters is operated by Gailey & Associates, LLC (“we,” “us”), based in Aurora, Colorado, and is an Implementr program. This policy covers marketing4painters.com, the chat on this site, our booking calendar, and any emails, calls, or text messages we exchange with you.

Information we collect

What you give us

• Booking a call: the details you enter on our booking calendar, which are your first and last name, phone number, email, any notes you choose to add, the time you pick, and whether you check the optional text message box.
• Chatting with us on this site: your name, phone number, email if you give it, your message, and whether you check the text message box.
• Anything you send us by email, phone, or text.

Text message consent

If you check the optional text message box when you book a call or send us a chat message, we record that you agreed to receive texts, the mobile number you gave us, and when you agreed. We keep this so we can show that you gave consent.

What we collect automatically

Like most websites, we see basic technical information such as your browser, device, the pages you visit, and your approximate location based on your network address. We use site analytics and performance tools (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, and Google Analytics if we turn it on) to understand which pages help and which do not.

How we use it

• To answer your questions, schedule and hold your call, and follow up about your request.
• To send text messages you agreed to receive, as described below.
• To run and improve this site and our services.
• To keep records, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging

If you opt in, we may text you about your call request or chat question, including scheduling, reminders, and follow-up, and send occasional marketing messages about our services for painting companies. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Agreeing to texts is optional and is not a condition of booking a call, chatting with us, or buying anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also email us at austin@gaileytech.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The only exception is the service providers described below, who help us deliver messages and may use your number only for that purpose.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the companies that help us run the service, and only as needed:

• Our customer relationship and messaging platform (HighLevel), and the telecommunications providers it uses to send and receive text messages.
• Website hosting, analytics, and network providers (for example Vercel and Cloudflare).
• Email and calendar tools we use to communicate and schedule.
• Professional advisers, or authorities when the law requires it.
• A buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

Cookies and similar tools

Our booking calendar and analytics tools may set cookies or use similar technology to work properly and to measure use of the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site, such as the booking calendar, may not work as well if you do.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above. Text message consent records are kept for as long as needed to show that you agreed. You can ask us to delete your information, and we will do so unless we are required or permitted to keep it.

Your choices

• Opt out of texts by replying STOP. Opt out of emails with the unsubscribe link or by writing to us.
• Ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing austin@gaileytech.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, and we will honor them.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including access controls on our systems and encrypted connections on this site. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Other websites

This site may link to other websites, such as our parent program at implementr.ai. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so read their policies too.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
