Who we are

Marketing for Painters is operated by Gailey & Associates, LLC (“we,” “us”), based in Aurora, Colorado, and is an Implementr program. By using marketing4painters.com or booking a call with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

This site describes marketing services for painting companies and lets you book a call with us. The information here is general. It is not a quote, an offer, or a promise of any particular result. If you become a client, the services, fees, and responsibilities are set out in a separate written agreement, and that agreement controls if it differs from this site.

Guides and articles are general information for painting business owners. They are not legal, tax, or financial advice, and you are responsible for your own business decisions.

Booking a call

Booking a call is free and creates no obligation for you or for us. Please give accurate contact details so we can reach you. We may reschedule or cancel a call if something comes up, and we will let you know.

Text messages

These terms apply to the text message program run by Marketing for Painters.

• What you get: if you opt in, we send text messages about your call request or chat question, including scheduling, reminders, and follow-up from the Marketing for Painters team, plus occasional marketing messages about our services for painting companies. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
• How you opt in: by checking the optional text message box when you book a call or when you send us a message in the chat on this site. Agreeing to texts is not required to book a call, chat with us, or buy anything.
• How often: message frequency varies with your request.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Stop any time: reply STOP to opt out. You will get one message confirming, and then no more. To join again, reply START, or check the box again when you book a call or chat with us.
• Help: reply HELP, or email austin@gaileytech.com.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your information: we do not share your mobile number or opt-in consent with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for the details.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully and in good faith. Do not try to break, overload, or get around the security of the site, do not send us anything unlawful or harmful, and do not use the site to collect information about other people.

Our content

The text, guides, images, logos, and design on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may read the site and download and print our guides for your own business use. Please do not copy, republish, or sell our content, or use our name and logo, without our written permission.

Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites and tools, including our booking calendar and our parent program, Implementr. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do.

No warranty

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep the information accurate and the site running, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or interruptions, and we do not guarantee any business result from using it.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and disputes about them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the date at the top. Using the site after that means you accept the update.
